OpenProject can manage projects, but lacks templates for support and orientation. Each new work process must be configured and created independently from scratch. In Stackfield, new modules are already intelligently pre-structured and can be used immediately. Individual customisations are also possible.
OpenProject does not offer chat and video functions, only project-related messages, which makes additional communication solutions necessary. All important communication functions are already integrated in Stackfield so that teams can work together seamlessly and in real time.
OpenProject does not include centralised file management, which makes it difficult to organise and share documents within a team. Stackfield, on the other hand, offers an integrated solution in which files can be organised in rooms, shared and attached directly to tasks.
